Guia de Boas Práticas para o ensino a distância
A Federação Americana de Professores (American Federation of Teachers - AFT) publicou um guia de boas práticas para o ensino adistância através da Internet. O objectivo é estabelecer normas de boa conduta que favoreçam o desenvolvimento do ensino online mas que garantam uma boa formação aos alunos.

Em primeiro lugar obrigada por teres disponibilizado aqui o ficheiro em formato pdf. Passei os olhos pelo artigo e pareceu-me muito interessante. Fica aqui um "copy-paste" dos aspectos que me chamaram mais a atenção:
"All first-time distance education students
should be given a clear statement of course
requirements in advance."
"If potential problems surface in the student’s
response, training in advance of course must be provided to those who have the appropriate equipment but do not know how to use it properly, and advice should be offered to students who appear to have problems with written communication skills or motivation."

themselves."
"To maximize communication electronically,
